清華簡中的“畀”字

<P>看來本作<IMG width=32 height=48 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220504001.jpg">（畀），後世誤以為是「<IMG width=19 height=19 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220504002.png">（<IMG width=31 height=37 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220504003.png">）」。《說文‧三上‧廾部》「<IMG width=16 height=26 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220505004.png">，舉也。从廾，甶聲。《春秋傳》曰：『晉人或以廣隊，楚人<IMG width=16 height=15 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220505005.png">之。』黃顥説：廣車陷，楚人爲舉之，杜林<IMG width=15 height=15 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220506006.png">爲麒麟字。」段注本三上三十六將字形改為「<IMG width=26 height=32 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220506007.png">」，分析為從廾「<IMG width=16 height=16 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220507008.png">」聲，並注釋曰：「各本作由聲，誤。或从鬼頭之甶，亦非也。此从東楚名缶之<IMG width=16 height=16 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220507008.png">。故《左傳》作<IMG width=14 height=15 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220507009.png">。今左作惎。糸部<IMG width=15 height=15 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220508010.png">从<IMG width=14 height=15 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220507009.png">聲，或字作綦。<IMG width=16 height=16 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220507008.png">聲、其聲皆在一部也。」秦漢文字，如<IMG width=17 height=29 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220508011.jpg">（睡虎地秦簡《封診式》簡五九）、<IMG width=16 height=29 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220508012.png">（<IMG width=15 height=15 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220508010.png">（綦）君□）。裘錫圭先生已指出上述二例就是《說文》「<IMG width=15 height=15 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220508010.png">」字（《段注本》13上16），爲「綦」字正篆，从「<IMG width=14 height=15 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220507009.png">」聲。可見「魏<IMG width=32 height=48 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220510013.jpg">」，被誤認為「魏<IMG width=19 height=19 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220510014.png">」，後世再讀為「魏其（斯）」。附帶一提，「畀」、「<IMG width=19 height=19 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220510014.png">」這種形近而誤解的現象，近人也曾出現過，比如王國維就曾認為《說文》分<IMG width=31 height=37 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221220510015.png">、畀為二字，或失之。（《甲骨文字詁林》2111頁），姚孝遂先生的按語也接受王國維的意見（《甲骨文字詁林》2112頁）。</P><BR clear=all>

<P>劉先生，本篇有“畀”字，作偏旁，見簡6，作<IMG height=74 width=56 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221221021001.jpg">，與此字還是有差別的，所以<IMG height=63 width=45 src="/ewebeditor/uploadfile/luntan/2011/12/21/20111221221021002.jpg">釋“畀”恐不一定可行。</P>

黃先生所說之字，我在發完帖子之後也注意到了。不過，此字恐不能作為釋“畀”的反證，因為楚文字中這種筆劃傾斜的現象十分常見，“鬼”字就是個很好的例子。
