凌伯盤銘補札
<font style="font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">    山西絳縣橫水西周墓地2022號墓出土的凌伯盤，銘文很有意思。有幾個字大概還可以進一步補充：</span></font><font style="font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">    【1】“[龠隹]”若是隸定不誤，當是“鸙”字異體，或可讀爲“爚”，火光明亮之義，和上文“光”字倒是合得上；“榮君光爚動”大意或是凌伯對於周王的賞賜感到非常榮耀？</span></font>

<font style="font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">    【2】第四行，“邦君”前之字，最初推測或許是“逆”之訛寫，後又想到也有可能是“延”字之訛寫？“延邦君”，即延請、邀請、引見、迎接邦君。設若此説有理，則凌伯很有可能是周王室職掌外交禮儀事項的官員？    </span></font>

今按：此説似有可商。金文確實有“金勒”辭例，但畢竟罕見。相反，“金車”辭例倒是更常見些。從字形上看，此字上下兩橫都是平直，恐不可釋“束”，再輾轉看作“革”形之訛，讀作“勒”。
從銘文上下文義來看，下文有“延（？）邦君”一句，我們推測凌伯其人在周王室當是職掌外交禮儀事項的官員，需要經常乘坐車馬出使他國，進行外交活動，故周王賞賜其人“金車”也就符合情理了。
